Is the text truly deleted or just covered?

Truly deleted. Zavy removes the text data from the PDF structure, then replaces its visual position with a solid block. The original text cannot be extracted by any tool.

Can I redact more than one term at a time?

Currently one search term per operation. Run the tool multiple times for different terms.

Does it match partial words?

It matches exact strings including partial words. "Smith" would also match "Smithson".

Is redaction case-sensitive?

No — redaction matches all capitalisations of the search term.
